The 13 Best Chest Exercises For Men

If you want an armor-plated chest, you'd best be prepared to hammer your biggest chest muscle, the pectoralis major, as well as the smaller pectoralis minor. How to Do It: Set both sides of a cable pulley machine to the lowest setting and attach a D-handle to each side. Keep your back straight, your chest up, and your arms extended down at your sides. This is the starting position.
