Weight loss: Man lost TEN stone and shed belly fat in just six months on THIS diet plan

Sharing his transformation to Reddit under username ‘NeonInvader’, the man wrote: “I lost 140lbs in six months. With a strict diet and hard work.

“I started off at 325lbs and finally reached my goal of 185lbs. It was a long time coming.”

This means he started out at 23 stone two pounds, and ended up weighing 13 stone and two pounds.

Hundreds of people viewed his before and after images, and wanted to know how he did it.

Explaining what he ate, NeonInvader, who is 22 and six foot tall, wrote: “As for the diet I followed my own caveman type diet. Foods included fish, chicken, veggie mix, avocados, oatmeal, protein mix etc.”

He also followed an intense workout routine, and said: “I used two 15lbs dumbbells for curls and other misc. exercises, burpees, push ups.

“It was a very basic routine in regards for a workout. I did it every day for three hours a day however for six months.

“It was profound determination I didn't even know I had.”
