But did you know drinking water, especially before meals, can help with weight loss.
According to scientifically-proven studies, drinking water can boost metabolism by 24 to 30 per cent over a period of 1 to 1.5 hours, helping you burn off a few more calories.

One study in particular showed that drinking half a litre of water around half an hour before having a meal helped dieters eat fewer calories and lose 44 per cent more weight.
The findings were published in a paper titled, ‘Water consumption increases weight loss during a hypo caloric diet intervention in middle-aged and older adults’.
