Weight loss was achieved using simple methods by Imgur user JeremyPost, who shared his 153 pound weight loss journey on social platform Imgur.

He shared his weight loss method with fellow users of the platform after they complimented him on his transformation pictures. 

He went from 342 pounds at his heaviest to his present weight of 207 pounds, and a size “medium” in jumpers. 

The before and after photos show his transformation from someone sofa bound and obese to a fit and healthy exercise fan.

The Imgur user was keen to share his slimming down secrets with people in the comments thread below. 

He said he used the simple technique of calorie counting, which invoices monitoring how much energy you get from food each day in order to prevent eating excessively.

“I look at it as a math problem. To me a calorie is a calorie,” he revealed about his method, which involves sticking to 160 calories a day.
