Get A Monster Chest Pump With Jesse Norris And KC Mitchell

Barbell Bench Press - Medium Grip

Optional: add chains to barbell

6 sets (to failure)

Incline Cable Flye

2 sets, 12 reps

Cable Crossover

1 set, 30 reps
