A personal trainer who works with a host of the Victoria's Secret models has shared the inside tricks used on the women.
Kirk Myers, based in New York, owns Dogpound, a gym in which he trains Josephine Skriver, Martha Hunt, Elsa Hosk and Jasmine Tookes, among others
Speaking about working with Myers, Josephine Skriver said: “It's the first gym we've had with the opportunity to work out alone and also bring it in as a team sport. You're kind of competing with everyone around you, everybody is giving you tips.”
And now Myers has revealed the five simple tricks he uses to really ensure the models see results - and all of them are easy to recreate at home.
