Weight loss diet: Mix apple cider vinegar with THIS to create a belly fat busting meal

Apple cider vinegar has been proven in a number of studies to hold a host of health benefits - one of these being weight loss. 

Its main component is acetic acid which holds various benefits for fat loss. 

Several studies have shown it helps lower blood sugar levels, improving the ability of the liver and muscles to take up sugar from the blood, and decreases insulin levels which might favour fat burning. 

Improving metabolism, reducing fat storage, burning fat and suppressing appetite are some of the other ways apple cider vinegar has been found to aid weight loss. 

But its sharp taste, like other vinegars, can be hard for some people to stomach.
