Weight loss: How much apple cider vinegar should you have in a day to shed pounds fast?

Apple cider vinegar’s weight loss benefits come in the form of improving metabolism, reducing fat storage, burning fat and suppressing appetite. 

The most popular way to add it into your diet is to mix it in with a glass of water and drink it. 

But how much should you consume a day to begin to see results? 

Health Line recommends one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar per day to get the full weight loss benefits. 

It also suggests spreading it out into two to three doses throughout the day and drinking it before meals. 

If you are new to taking apple cider vinegar it also recommends starting off with one teaspoon (5ml) to see how you tolerate it. 

The site adds: “Do not take more than 1 tablespoon (15 ml) at a time, because taking too much at one sitting may cause nausea.”
