Holly Willoughby weight loss: Diet and exercise regime behind presenter’s body revealed

Holly Willoughby, 36, has lost a significant amount of weight in the past few months.

It has finally been revealed how she did it, including her diet secrets and choice of exercise.

The This Morning presenter had long been known for her curves, and used to be a lingerie model.

But her figure was achieved through a combination of a low-carb diet and a new love of kickboxing.

“Holly loves kickboxing and finds it an easy way to stay trim,” an insider told Now.

“She even has a kickboxing bag in her spare room, so she can work out at home.

'Holly does eat fish and occasionally chicken but it's mainly veggies.

“She watches her carbs and is conscious not to overload on the bad stuff.”

It has previously been said Holly’s weight loss is helped by another form of exercise.

Apparently Pilates, a low intensity exercise known for its ability to tone the body, contributes to Holly’s new figure.
